MsC. Carla F. Torres Linares:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning (San Francisco Xavier University of Chuquisaca), Specialist in Urban Solid Waste Management (Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais), and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil). She has experience in solid waste management in both Bolivia and Brazil.

President of the Zero Waste Bolivia Foundation

PhD Matheus Valle:

Holds a Bachelor degree in Law (Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil), a Master in Social Sciences degree (Sorbonne 3 University, France), and a PhD in Geography (Sorbonne 3 University, France) with a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Public Health (Fiocruz, Brazil). He has international experience in water supply, sanitation, governance, and climate change.

Vice-President of the Zero Waste Bolivia Foundation

A nutritionist by profession, she has experience in organizational strengthening, training, and capacity building in rural Bolivia, especially on topics related to health, hygiene habits, and production systems, among others.

A professional waste picker with decades of experience in collecting recyclable materials, in cooperative organizing and leadership, in stakeholder engagement, and advocacy.

Social mobilizer


Lic. L. Milena Borda O:

Holds a degree in Communication Sciences (San Francisco Xavier University of Chuquisaca), with coursework in theater, performing arts, and acting from Teatro de los Andes. She is a trainer and facilitator in the prevention of all types of violence and the social integration of vulnerable sectors at the interprovincial, local, and national levels (EduActivist Collective).

Creative area: digital management and audiovisual content creation.
